1. Who is responsible for your data?
Tiraz Sitti is the trading name currently used for this project while registration of the business is being completed. You can contact us at tirazsitti@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account, sending an order enquiry, or contacting us, such as your name, email address, phone number, country, address, message, and requested items.
Archive contributions may include text, images, audio or video, together with source and consent information you choose to provide. Contributions are never published automatically.
We may record technical data necessary for security and service operation, such as IP address, request time, security-verification outcome, and error logs. We do not add advertising trackers.
3. Why we use data
We use data to answer messages, review orders and availability, manage accounts, protect the site, review archive contributions, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Archive contributions and publication consent
Submitting a story or file does not automatically grant permission to publish it. Contributions remain private for review, and rights, source, and consent must be documented before public release. You may ask to withdraw unpublished material through the contact page.
5. Service providers and international transfers
Hosting, security, email, and operational providers may process data only as needed to deliver the service. Processing may occur outside your country, in which case we observe the requirements and safeguards imposed by applicable law.
6. Retention and security
We retain data only as long as needed for its purpose, dispute resolution, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate. We use restricted access, transport encryption, and review controls for private material, but no electronic system is entirely risk-free.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Send requests through the contact page; we may need sufficient information to verify identity before acting.
8. Analytics and updates
When Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it is used to measure page performance without cookies or localStorage. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change; the update date will appear at the top of this page.
