1. Before order confirmation
The cart and order enquiry do not charge you. You may change or cancel the enquiry before we confirm availability and cost with you. Shipping is calculated at order confirmation.
2. Requesting a return
After a confirmed order is delivered, contact us promptly to request a return. We will review the request against the item's condition and any applicable mandatory rights. Do not send an item before receiving return instructions.
3. Item eligibility
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of order. Made-to-order or personalised items may be non-returnable where law permits; this will be disclosed before confirmation. This does not affect rights where an item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Damaged or incorrect items
Tell us promptly after delivery with the order reference and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will offer the remedy required by law, such as repair, replacement, or refund. A limited natural handmade variation is not treated as a defect unless it conflicts with the approved description.
5. Starting a return
Start the request through tirazsitti@gmail.com or the contact page. After reviewing it, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions and explain responsibility for return cost before the item is sent.
6. Inspection, exchanges, and refunds
We inspect the returned item and notify you of the decision. If a refund is approved, we begin processing it without undue delay to the original payment method where possible; the provider may need additional time to show the funds.
Exchanges depend on availability and any agreed difference in price or delivery.
