2. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the site, you agree to these terms. You must have the legal age and capacity required to enter agreements under applicable law and provide accurate, current information.
3. Handmade products and information
We present images, colours, and dimensions as accurately as reasonably possible. Natural minor variations may occur between handmade pieces, but they do not justify changing a documented stitch or provenance. Historical or village attribution appears only when supported by approved archive data.
4. Orders, pricing, payment, and shipping
Adding an item to the cart or submitting an enquiry is not final acceptance and does not charge you. We review availability, price, and delivery cost before contacting you for confirmation. Shipping is calculated at order confirmation. Online payment and shipping are not currently enabled on the site.
5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and notifying us of unauthorised use. We may suspend access where misuse or harm to the site or private content is suspected.
6. Archive contributions
Do not submit material you have no right to share. Submission remains private for review and does not mean publication. We do not publish names, images, or testimony before checking source, rights, and consent, and may reject or remove material that breaches these terms or another person's privacy.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Site design, text, images, and documented material are protected by applicable rights or their owners' rights. They may not be copied, sold, used to train automated systems, or stripped of attribution without permission. Disrupting the site, bypassing security, or unauthorised automated collection is prohibited.
8. Cancellation, returns, and liability
The published Return and Exchange Policy applies. These terms do not exclude any right that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability for a claim connected with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Governing law and disputes
Governing law and jurisdiction will be specified after registration and legal review are complete. Until then, we aim to resolve concerns directly and in good faith without limiting any mandatory rights under applicable law.
